The Government of Samoa is pleased to receive from the Republic of Korea today three Hyundai 2013 Vans at a value of 200,000USD. The vehicles were funded under the Official Development Assistance (ODA) by the Government of Korea for 2014. This assistance will support Samoa’s transportation efforts in hosting the forthcoming Third United Nations Small Island Developing States Meeting in September this year. The assistance by the Government of Korea demonstrates the strong relations between our two countries. The Government of Samoa convey its sincere thanks to the Government of Korea. The Government also wishes to acknowledge the support of H.E Yongkyu Park, Ambassador of Korea to Samoa in Wellington in securing this assistance.
