It was a very happy and informal evening at Government House on the 13th November 2017 as the Governor-General of New Zealand, Dame Patsy Reddy and Sir David hosted a reception in honour of the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and High Commissioner of Samoa, H.E Leasi Papali’i T. Scanlan along with members of the Diplomatic Corp. The Dean spoke on behalf of the Diplomatic Corps, to acknowledge their Excellence’s warm hospitality. A successful reception that was well attended by members of the Diplomatic Corp, some from Australia, accredited to New Zealand.
