Address by the New Zealand Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Hon. Nanaia Mahuta delivered to the Diplomatic Corps at Parliament Building

On Wednesday 3rd May, the New Zealand Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Hon. Nanaia Mahuta invited the Diplomatic Heads of Missions to deliver her address on foreign policy strategic goals. The Chief of Protocol, Mr. Rodney Harris welcomed the Honourable Minister to deliver her address which focused on New Zealand's foreign policy commitments such as the priority on Indigenous core values to be reflected in the international forum and New Zealand's pursuance to promote a peaceful, prosperous and resilient Pacific region with the focus on climate change, security, trade and several important issues. The Acting High Commissioner, Mr. Robert Niko Aiono and his spouse, Mrs. Uasami Aiono attended the address on behalf of the Samoa High Commission.
