H.E Leasi Papali’i Scanlan addressed the New Zealand Institute of International Affairs as a Guest speaker on Thursday, 18th June 2015 in Nelson to speak about Samoa’s economic success and some of the well-established links Samoa has with its International development partners and the Pacific Forum in shaping Samoa’s strong political and economic foundation in the region. The forum was held at the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology in Central Nelson and was well attended by members of the Institute, Diplomatic Corps as well as government officials. There was an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.
