The High Commission hosted a dinner on 23rd October 2013 for the recipient of the New Zealand Prime Minister’s Fellowship Award for 2013, Ms Sheree Stehlin, President of Women in Business Development Inc. As part of her programme in New Zealand, Ms Stehlin travelled to a series of meetings and visits in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. During her time in Wellington Ms Stehlin had the chance to meet the Prime Minister of New Zealand Hon John Key and discuss issues on business and the expansion on WIBDI and its assistance to grassroot businesses in Samoa. The recipient of the same award last year was Mr Leasi John Galuvao, Chief Executive Officer, Land Transport Authority.
